Your shipment will arrive by Canada Post and someone over the age of 19 must sign for the package. If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, a Canada Post Notice Card will be left at your door directing you to a postal outlet where you can pick it up within 10 business days.

This Special Select Late Harvest Vidal illustrates that patience is a virtue in the vineyard as well. To create a beautiful balance of sweetness and acidity, the grapes for this wine weren't harvested until they had reached their peak Brix levels. The Vidal grapes, which make up 86% of the blend, were picked on January 7, 2017 at 32˚ Brix. The Riesling grapes were hand picked from the vines on December 15, 2016 at 30.4˚ Brix. Bright gold in the glass with an alluring aroma of marmalade, white peach, floral honey and gooseberry, this wine offers flavours of tangy lemon drop and white currant on the finish. Enjoy at a cool 10 to 12˚C with desserts that are slightly less sweet than the wine. Fruit-based desserts like apple strudel, poached pears, lemon pound cake and apricot flan complement this wine especially well.
