Your shipment will arrive by Canada Post and someone over the age of 19 must sign for the package. If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, a Canada Post Notice Card will be left at your door directing you to a postal outlet where you can pick it up within 10 business days.

After picking and sorting grapes for this wine by hand, the pressed juices were fermented in open-top wooden fermenters and then barrel aged in French oak for 12 months. The result is a ruby red Pinot that offers aromas of cherry, raspberry, red plum and smoke. It is medium-bodied and elegant with juicy red berry and cherry flavours that fill the mouth at first sip and drier red berry tea, pomegranate and red currant notes that linger on the finish. Serve at a cool room temperature of 15 to 17˚C with rich meats like venison, veal, pheasant, quail, duck and beef tenderloin and mushroom-based dishes. It's also delicious with Peau Rouge, La Sauvagine and Reblochon cheese. Enjoy now through 2020.
